What are the check-in and check-out times?
We basically follow the schedule below.
Check-in:
15:00–19:00 (with dinner)
15:00–22:00 (without dinner)Check-out:

Where do I check in and check out?
The front desk is located at the SHONIN PARK reception.
Please come to the reception desk. -
Can I check in early?
Early check-in before 15:00 is not available.
However, we can store your luggage and vehicle—please ask at the front desk. -
Can I check out late?
Late check-out may incur an additional fee. Please contact us for details.

Can I store luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, we can hold your luggage at the front desk.

Can I ship luggage to the hotel?
Yes, we accept shipped luggage.
Please write your check-in date and full name on the delivery slip.
Due to limited storage space, please inform us in advance. -
Can I pay for my stay with a credit card?
The following credit cards are accepted:

When do cancellation fees apply?
They apply as stated in our accommodation agreement.

Can minors stay alone?
Minors without a parent/guardian must present a completed parental consent form at check-in.
One form per minor is required.
